Villa Gella has three distinct areas. The main house provides, over three floors, a sitting-cum-dining room, six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a small library. The indoor swimming pool and spa area is one floor below the main reception area. The kitchen, utilities and staff quarters are located in a separate wing.
The bedrooms range in size between 25 to 80 square meters. They are furnished in different styles and named after a main feature of their interior. On the first floor, the Stripe Room has an elegant stripe design on the floor and southern wall. On the second floor, the Wooden Room is partially panelled with reclaimed wood from an old barn. The Stone Room has a limestone floor sourced from the Balkan Mountains. The Oriental Room features locally-made oriental furniture and a sumptuous bath. On the third floor, the Terrace Room has a covered terrace sitting area with a fireplace and Jacuzzi. The Glass Room is named after the framed glass panel separating the bedroom from a freestanding bathtub.
